Lets twin all the the toilets open to the public in Frome. It costs £60 to twin a toilet with the toilet twinning charity. They then build a toilet for a family in an area of the world which has poor hygiene facilities and send you a picture with the co-ordinates of where that toilet was built.
Just one twinned toilet would only "cost" £60 and would be a huge benefit.
