National IPP program modelled on Ontario's MicroFIT

By aggressively adopting a rooftop solar Feed-in-Tariff program similar to Ontario's current MicroFIT we can increase the net supply of electricity to the grid, reduce the carbon intensity of the supply, and create jobs in this emerging energy market. Please check the facebook group Vision 2020 for a complete outline of the policy.

I totally agree with residents becoming energy producers. My understanding is that manufacturing of today's solar power units uses a lot of energy and resources leading to a net energy loss to society. Is this true or propaganda used against the industry? Have you looked at how to achieve your priority other than by using solar? Perhaps energy from the vacuum, EFTV, is a cleaner and more effective way to go. In fact I made it one of my priorities.
