In any corporation the maximum pay differential between the lowest and highest paid employees is twenty to one. That is, if the lowest paid employee is paid 10 dollars per hour, the highest paid employee can earn no more than 200 dollars an hour. One full-time employees count for the low end. The full-time limitation does not apply to the highest paid employee.
