This idea has come from someone close to me. When a loved one dies, and is cremated, there is only one place in the area where ashes can be interred. As we get older, it gets more difficult for people to get to the Downs/Woodvale crematoria in Brighton, even with public transport.
Transport from Telscombe to the top of Bear Road Brighton can be long and arduous. A special place of remembrance will help relatives and friends cope just a little better with the grieving process. It would also save the environment as less fuel in driving to Brighton would be used, and therefore less exhaust emissions
