Set up Family Centres, the first one in Birżebbuġa, to bring family services closer to people’s homes and provide support and empowerment services to families, parents, children, the aged, as well as those that are not in employment. These centres will constitute the first port of call for those in need of support as well as the provision of social services, educational and training initiatives and health programmes.
