Enforce the already existing laws regulating construction of buildings especially in living areas. Stop new constructions or reconstructions of buildings, in built up streets, of a height above that of houses already existing in the street or area concerned. Do not allow more than one construction or reconstruction at a time in a given street or area. More silent machines must be used for cutting of rock, as that used when similar work was carried out near the control tower at Luqa.
