We should buy back Manoel Island. This should be the "Central Park" of the region. No hotels, no supermarkets no apartments. That area needs a lung. A good clean-up, landscaping, some outdoor picnic furniture, a promenade all the way around and that's it. Leave it "honest". If people want to,eat they can take their own or eat food at the restaurants already present on the Gzira seafront. I will be the first to pledge a donation to get this back.
