Land expropriated decades ago for which owners were never compensated, should be compensated at current market prices (abrogation of Art. 27(1)(b) of Chapter 88) Owners that have rented their properties to clubs should be given the option to terminate or increase the rent to reflect current market rental values. Article 12 & 12A of Chapter 158 must be abrogated once and for all.
