Put a limit on car imports so as to control the ever increasing number of cars on our roads. in order for a person to buy a new car, one must scrap another.
Limiting the importation of cars would lead to more pollution and it will be restrictive. If anything there should be incentives to scrap old cars and tax heavy polluting vehicles
