Reducing traffic congestion during peak hours, by shifting the starting and finishing time of some government departments by at least 15min. At the present time almost all gov departments finish from work at the same time and in Valletta, Floriana and Marsa the traffic is a nightmare especially at 4pm . However if times are shifted the traffic will flow better.
