Traffic flow needs to be assisted at all times, in particular in peak times. Clearly, the current police on motorbikes are not sufficient and, in any case, are not uniform in the manner that they direct traffic. A new rapid-response section of trained and well-equipped Road Traffic Officers using real-time GPS technologies to manage traffic should be installed, with the power to manage traffic and issue fines.
