This is an absolute requirement for transparency, however it's difficult to enforce. When politicians want to conceal their activity, they will find a way.
I fully agree with what Mr Ray Piscopo suggested. There should be a fine and then imprisonment if one persists in using private emails. Before this labour administration, it was inconceivable that a public officer, including Ministers and Parliamentary Secretaries, uses his private email. A public officer is there for the public and not for his personal interests.
If the use of private emails is made illegal, with imposition of fines and if this persists by imprisonment, it would stop this practice if having non- traceability
